My Guilty Pleasure....

There is not much I follow on television EXCEPT anything regarding real estate. All of those HGTV flip, investment, first time homebuyers, house hunters, remodel....shows are addicting to me. I just can't get enough. Real estate is in my blood. I do watch these shows with a bit of a critical eye and know that they are scripted and set up as entertainment. Great! I am certainly entertained. One of my absolute favorite guilty pleasures is "Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles" I love the extravagant homes, the quirky personalities, and the amazing real estate deals that get done in mearly minutes. Reality? No. Entertainment. YES!!!

One of my favorite agents is Josh Flagg. I have no idea what he is actually like as an agent or what he is like as a person, other than what is presented by Bravo TV. Either way, anyone who had such a wonder relationship with his grandmother can't be all bad.
