When It Rains....

My teammate and I have been working on 8 different offers, 6 are under contract and 2 are close. Ironically, we are both going out of town in a couple of days. Isn't that always the case? The good news is, we have our ipads, iphones, and laptops and I have set up Docusign and Dropbox. Without these two wonderful programs, going out of town during the height of the spring market frenzy would be just about impossible. The crazy thing is, my teammate is going to Colorado where she will be visiting the Liv Sotheby's office in Evergreen and I will be going to Florida where I will visit the Scenic Sotheby's office in Santa Rosa Beach.
