Peel and Paint

In an effort to save a bit of money on this project we are tackling the small jobs like pulling off wallpaper and painting. Fortunately my husband is good with a roller. I am a trim girl myself. Unfortunately most of the trim in the house is dark 1970's oak. Lots of grain and lots of primer. While it is tedious, in the end it is rewarding.

One coat of primer and one coat of paint....two more coats to go! Multiply that by a few more doors.

The wall paper is a whole other story......ugh!
