New Job, New Adventure

My oldest, the chef, has the opportunity to "Stage" at The Basin Harbor Club in Burlington, Vermont. The bonus is he is getting paid. You see, staging, is usually an unpaid internship working under a well know chef to learn and grow and bring your new skills back to your own kitchen. So Andrew packed his bags and left Telluride and headed east.
